Ingredients
  • 15 fl.oz milk
  • 6oz pl. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Sausages

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200c
  2. Put a little oil in the tin (brownie tin) with the sausages and bake for 15 mins. Give the sausages a shake after 10 mins
  3. Meanwhile whizz together 15 fl.oz milk, 6oz pl. flour and 2 eggs – do this early enough so you can leave it to sit for 10 mins and then it should be toad in the hole and less monster in the marsh
  4. After the sausages have been cooking for 15 mins, pour over the batter, return to oven and cook for 30 mins
