Brownie tin
- 15 fl.oz milk
- 6oz pl. flour
- 2 eggs
- Sausages

- Preheat oven to 200c
- Put a little oil in the tin (brownie tin) with the sausages and bake for 15 mins. Give the sausages a shake after 10 mins
- Meanwhile whizz together 15 fl.oz milk, 6oz pl. flour and 2 eggs – do this early enough so you can leave it to sit for 10 mins and then it should be toad in the hole and less monster in the marsh
- After the sausages have been cooking for 15 mins, pour over the batter, return to oven and cook for 30 mins
